Member Spotlight: Aga Khan Museum

The Aga Khan Museum explores and celebrates cross-cultural dialogue through the arts. A centre for innovation and creativity, we offer unique insights and new perspectives into the potential of art and culture to act as a catalyst for promoting pluralism, intercultural dialogue, engaged global citizenship, and social change. As part of a unified Public Programming vision, our Performing Arts activities – in a range of contexts across the Museum site and at external venues – bring this mission to connect cultures and encourage mutual understanding through the arts to life through a diverse calendar of performances and films, and an increasing number of artist development activities.

“As a new institution, it’s important for us to be a part of the ecosystem, and Music Canada Live is an inspiring leader of that ecosystem. As a new member of MCL, we are excited about the opportunity to join with our colleagues across the landscape to strengthen the live-music environment.” Amirali Alibhai, Head of Performing Arts, Aga Khan Museum
